Who we are

ARC (Annual RBLX Competition) is a fan-run community event. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Questions or requests: alexanderdrakeverschueren@gmail.com.

What visitors see

Visitors who are not logged in see only the list of players, with names shortened to the first letter and Roblox usernames to the first two letters (for example “A***” and “@Ch***”), plus the list of games. People who are logged in also see full names, Roblox usernames, points and standings, and which players don’t have an account yet. Player profiles, results, the schedule and profile pictures are shown only to admins and to logged-in people whose account an organiser has linked to their player. Names and results are entered by the organisers.

If you log in

Logging in is optional and is handled by our provider, Clerk. We receive and store your email address, a display name (your username, or your first name if you have no username), a Clerk user ID and your account’s profile picture if it has one (for example your Google photo), which is shown next to your name to linked players and admins. We also record when you agree to this privacy policy. Clerk also sets cookies to keep you signed in and processes your sign-in details under its own privacy policy. Organisers may link your account to a player on the roster. When you press “I’m in” on a game session, your name is shown to other logged-in people on the Schedule page. Your email address is never shown publicly; only the organisers can see it.

Match emails (optional)

If you choose to, we use your login email address to send you reminders before your matches and sessions (the day before, 2 hours before, 30 minutes before and at the start) and, if you also choose them, the organisers’ announcements. Both are off unless you switch them on. You can switch them off any time on the site or with the unsubscribe link in every email, and we use a mail provider (Resend) only to deliver those emails.

What we don’t do

We don’t show ads, sell your information or run analytics trackers. Organiser passwords are stored hashed.

Age

Logging in is for people aged 13 and over, and you are asked to confirm that you are 13 or older before you can log in. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please don’t log in; ask an organiser to add you to a session instead. If we learn that someone under 13 has logged in, we will delete their record.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep log-in records until you or the organisers ask for them to be removed. To have your record deleted, contact alexanderdrakeverschueren@gmail.com; we will remove it from the site and from Clerk.
